Overview
This tour will spend total 4 days 3 nights which including 1 night at the accommodation in Senaru (prior the trek) and 2 nights at the mountain (in tent)The trek start in Sembalun and finish in Torean. Enjoy the new trail through the beautiful Torean Valley along the way down from the Segara Anak Lake, pass the Hot Spring, and see the views of Penimbungan waterfall on the way down to Torean Village.

Itinerary
Day 1 (Arrival Day)
- We will pick you up at anywhere in Lombok and bring you to the included accommodation in Senaru
- Free visit to the two waterfalls in Senaru (term and condition applied)
- Short briefing regarding the trek
Day 2
- 07:00am, After breakfast, We will drive you to Sembalun village for 45 minutes drive
- 08:00am, Checking in at the Park office and head to the starting point. Walk to the POST 1 (Pemantauan) 1300m for 2 hours
- Take a rest for 5/10 minutes at Post 1 (Pemantauan) and then continue to the Post 2 (Tengengean) 1500m for 1 hour
- At post 2 you will have long break for lunch and recover your energy 😊
- After break, continue the trek to the post 3 (Pada Balong ) 1800m for 1 hour
- Take a rest for few minutes before fight up to the Sembalun crater 2639m about 3 hours
- Arrived at the crater, all the tents is already prepared, the guide and porters will serve you with a hot cup (coffee, tea, lemon tea or milk) and prepared your dinner
- Make sure that you sleep early since you have to wake up at 2am for fight up to the summit!
Day 3
- Wake up at 2 AM for a few minutes light breakfast
- Begining the trek up to the SUMMIT (3,726 m), this is the hardest part of the Rinjani trek, struggling for 3 or more hours to reach the summit (depending on your speed)
- The first half an hours walk, you will reach the first obstacle which you have to climb through the sandy area for about 1 hour (with 45 degrees elevation)
- After past the sandy part, you will walk about 1 hour 30 minutes to get the second obstacle which many trekkers are giving up at this point, those at the last 400 m with 45 degrees elevation
- With 45 degrees elevation, loose rock, and gravel at all part of the route which makes it slippery and hard to find a good foothold. here most people say it like Michael Jackson dance (that two step up and one step back down)
- Always do follow your guide, don't hesitate to ask help, and listen to what your guide saying
- After 3 hours fight up, you will reach the summit, enjoy the amazing landscape, you can see all of Lombok, 3 Gilis, Mount Agung in Bali, and Mount Tambora in Sumbawa
- After picture... picture, and picture😊, you will descend from the summit to the campsite (Crater rim) about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours (depend on your speed)
- Get your breakfast which is already prepared by your porters
- After breakfast, get prepare yourself to continue the trek down to the Lake and Hot Springs
- The trek down is steep and slippery, be careful, follow and listen to your guide
- After about 3 hours trek down, you will reach the Segara Anak Lake where you can take a break and visit to the Hot Spring in just 10 minutes from the lake while your guide and porters prepare for your lunch
- After lunch and break, the trek will continue to the Torean Valley and spend the night at Penimbungan Waterfall or Peropok (campsite)
Day 4
- Enjoy a hot drink and your breakfast
- Prepare yourself to continue the trek down to Torean Village
- You will spend 5 - 6 hours down (including your lunch on the way)
- Once you arrive at the village, your driver is already waiting to pick you up and bring you to the office
- Drop off to your next destination
